Multi Firescreens Systems Ltd, offer a full Technical Sales back up to all our customers. Once the contract is completed if our customers have any queries or requirements we are always happy to help.
All our work is protected with a 1 year Defects Liability Warranty.
 All Fire rated work receives a Certificate of Conformity once complete. The certificate provides assurance that the fire resisting products used are appropriate for the end use conditions and that the installation of those products or systems has been carried out according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
We can provide Operations and Maintenance manuals for a completed contract, if requested upon placing the order. The Manual covers the scope of our works, complete with maintenance instructions and operating procedures for items such as automatic door controls.
